Service design of a MaaS proposal for one of the biggest banks in Colombia. Centered around low-income urban citizens, the service offers an affordable alternative to the already collapsed transport system of Bogotá. Users may sign up for a guided workshop on how to build, maintain and adequately drive their new bicycle. By building it themselves, we pass on labor savings to the consumer, and through adequate education, we contribute to increasing road safety in the city.
